EtWin Consultancy Services plc was formed in a joint venture between Tabor Gebremedhin Management Consultants, an Ethiopian Consultancy, and West Indies Management s.r.o., based in Europe.

EtWin CS was formed to enable the delivery of high-quality, value-added services to Ethiopian governmental, NGO and commercial clients.

Another major goal is to build a capability in Ethiopia (within and utilizing EtWin CS) to deliver the same services throughout Africa, through mentoring and knowledge transfer techniques practiced over the years by West Indies Management.
